What helps the conversation begin well
A short, considered first message — your name, organisation, what you are trying to build, the date framework, and the alignment you have seen between your work and mine. Fifty considered words are worth five hundred general ones. Replies issue in business hours, Kuala Lumpur, Monday through Friday.
Before you write
Most of what I do is conversation. The conversations I value most are the ones I did not begin — the ones that arrive because someone, somewhere, recognised something in the work and chose to write.
What I accept, I accept with full attention. Tell me plainly what you are building, and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it. Either way, your enquiry has been read.
