The About cornerstone is the formal record of the chef behind the work. It holds the biography in its measured register, the French honours and maison ambassadorships at fuller depth than the Biography permits, the operating philosophy by which the kitchen has been led, and the obligations the public chapter has earned. Each sub-page is named once, dated, and held at the depth it asks for — not deeper, and not shallower.
